First look: New South Waterfront Greenway offers separate paths for walking, biking

Exciting new piece of path. Too bad it doesn’t go anywhere.
One idea for how this could work comes from listening to what local gadfly Terry Parker has been saying for years.
A 1/4 mile section of new path along the Willamette in the South Waterfront area is almost complete.
Almost everybody who bikes into the South Waterfront should probably be using this path now.
