Chris Smith mentioned this yesterday, but I just noticed an interesting story buried in the Metro Section of today’s Oregonian. Here’s the gist. Metro is in the midst of their Regional Transportation Plan update. According to Metro, this plan is,

It’s been forever since I last posted a stolen bike recovery story. This time, the story comes from S. Renee Mitchell’s column in the Oregonian last week. She has the story of Erin Greeson’s high-end carbon-fiber racing bike getting nabbed from New Seasons in Sellwood:
