Comfortable biking in suburbs arguably holds even more potential than it does in older, denser cities.
That main rack has been totally consumed, with evenings so bad that extra orange Nike bikes are either locked to the parking signs or just floating near the rack with front wheel u-locked to the frame.
For a thriving sportswear giant, Nike has seemed oddly unplugged from the active transportation revolution of the last decade.
The project is a reminder of the vast sums being spent in the region every day to speed up auto traffic at the expense of humans. Literally.
