Insolito Radiation Jacket.
Three Portland-based bike apparel companies woke up to good news this morning — some prominent publicity in USA Today.
Their resident bike reporter Sal Ruibal featured clothing suitable for cold winter commuting. Among the brands listed are Portland companies Showers Pass, Rapha, and Castelli.

Among the items Ruibal reviews are the $500 Castelli Insolito Radiation jacket (with its “loads of sexy Italian style”), the $70 Rapha Fixed T-shirt (“substantial enough for post-commute cool-downs and coffee”), and the $39 Showers Pass Portland Cycling Cap (which “matches the Portland Jacket”).
The article said the products work in a “variety of conditions, including bike lanes, coffee shops and the office lobby.”
