One my favorite things about moving to Portland has been getting to know the places around me as I fill in my mental map.
It’s not everyday that plans for a new street come across my desk.
Big questions and big potential deserve a big task force.
This is as much a story about our continued struggle to house all Portlanders, as it is about a traffic crash.
