City of Portland Transportation Commissioner Sam Adams recently concluded a series of Town Hall meetings to figure out a new way fund our transportation system. As part of the Town Halls, attendees (around 600 total) were asked to fill out a survey to gauge their priorities on a variety of transportation-related issues.
