KBOO Bike Show host supreme Ayleen Crotty has announced that all the archives of the show are now available online.
Believe it or not the show has been on the air for over six years. Ayleen and Sara Stout hosted the first show back on October 24, 2001.
Now, thanks to the hard work and hosting services Chris Smith, you can listen to nearly every show they’ve ever done.
Put them all on your iPod and get a major dose of Portland cycling personalities, culture and information.
Thanks for reading.

Thanks for putting the word out, Jonathan. I’m excited about this for many reasons. For one, our program provides a nice history lesson (in the most entertaining sense) of Portland’s bike world over the last six years. Once a month for all those years, we interviewed people, talked about controversial issues and went out on the street to talk with cyclists.
I am also hoping some of this content will be of interest to non-Portlanders who want to know more about how we do what we do here.
Back in the day it was just Sara Stout and I making it happen. The complete archives have been published at a time when we’ve had great expansion. The KBOO Bike Show is now hosted by a team of people: Tori Bortman and Carl Larson have joined the show (and we still have our favored occasional guest host Tim Calvert from CityBikes).
KBOO is about to start their Spring membership drive. If you enjoy listening to the KBOO Bike Show, via podcast, streaming online or through your radio, consider making a financial contribution of ANY amount. Every little bit counts and we need bikers standing up to say, with their donations, that BIKE ISSUES MATTER. Go online to KBOO.fm to make your contribution or call us on April 4th. All those articles in the Oregonian wouldn’t be happening if we hadn’t gotten the conversation started back in 2001….
