[Chinese anyone?] I’m happy to announce that this site is now available in ten languages. Thanks to a nifty WordPress plug-in that uses Google and Alta Vista’s Babelfish software, you can now easily read this site in any of the following languages: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Greek, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Chinese.
As a follow-up to my report last month, PDOT activated the new bicycle/pedestrian signal on 41st and East Burnside this morning. The official press release includes more details about the signal:

There’s been a lot of buzz lately about Xtracycle, the company that sells kits to convert bikes into longtail, cargo-hauling machines.
