Let the frames begin…

(Sorry for that headline, I couldn’t resist.)

You may think the North American Handmade Bicycle Show starts this weekend, but the action has already begun.

Today is move-in day at the Oregon Convention Center and this afternoon the partying begins.

Here’s a quick recap of what’s on tap tonight.

The show opens to the public on Saturday, but tomorrow is a special media and industry-only day, so stay tuned for photos, commentary, and stories…

Be sure to check out the Landshark Booth as a piece of cycling history will be on display, The bike Andy Hampsten used to win the Giro de Italia back in 1988. For some reason, Jon felt this bike was more important than my Mt Dew cyclocross bike.

I wish I could be there for the show, but I'll have to just look forward to seeing the pictures. Take lots for those of us outside of Portland.

Whoa! The "Gavia Huffy" Landshark will be on display?!?!? Too sweet...can't wait to see that bike!

Of course, a Mt. Dew cross bike would be pretty cool, too. :-)
