Beautiful work, as always Jonathan. Both a fine journalist and photojournalist. I really like the 80s-retro aesthetic of the unicross group photo. Since you're working digitally, did you do that via software, or was it your setup?

Thanks Joel, I appreciate those kind words.
The effects were all done in Lightroom (by Adobe). The effects are "presets" created by my brother, who happens to be a professional photographer and Lightroom expert!
