I hope you’re enjoying our special coverage of northwest Portland. We’re having a great time getting to know the places and people that make this part of our city so great.

The discussion threads on our stories this week have been very illuminating and we want to continue the conversations in person. You’re invited to join us this Friday at Corsa Café (inside Western Bikeworks at NW 17th and Lovejoy) from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. We’ll provide munchies and the bar will serve all types of great drinks at fair prices (craft beers on tap for $3 and $4).

If you live, work, or ride in northwest Portland we want to meet you, hear about your experiences, and hear your big ideas for how to make biking better in northwest. We hope to have a fun mix of people in the room including neighborhood activists, city staff, and other insiders to offer their expertise and answer your questions. Just like here on BikePortland, everyone is welcome.

Hope you can swing by after work. This is late notice so please help us spread the word. Here’s the handy Facebook event page link. Thanks and see you on Friday!
