Prepare thyself for Mini Bike Winter V

Tonight is the Opening Ceremonies of Mini Bike Winter V, and the beginning of three days of mini-bike mayhem that will include chariot races, mini-bike competition, gravity bombs (downhill races), a fashion show, dance parties, a Family Zoobomb, and a much more.
It’s the biggest event of the year for the Zoobombers it’s something you won’t want to miss. With so many interesting events, there’s bound to be something you can get excited about.
I’ll be covering as much of it as I can and reporting back throughout the weekend.
Last year, my most memorable time was had at the Chariot Wars event. The atmosphere, the people, the sport — it was unlike anything I’d ever seen. Somehow I lived to tell the tale. Watch the slideshow below to see what I mean…

Yeah, where IS the Chariot Race taking place? Unfortunately, not all of us can make it to the brunch before hand (which apparently, is the only way to be in the know).
Fortunately, all of us love baddass chariot races!

ifny won last year? James and Jeff from Vancouver won Ben Hurt last year... In that photo, Ifny's towing the chariot they used.

Last year Ifny competed on the Meatball (the chariot pictured above) in many of the events. But in the the grand finale, Death Match, she paired with Gabe and their chariot was quickly decommissioned.
Last year Ifny was so excited when her friends from Vancouver BC won the Death match she jumped in the pile and was hoisted up on shoulders, giving the appearance of her victory. Jeff and James were the winners of the 2007 Death match. But then, that was last year.
ALL HAIL EMILY AND CHUCK! BEN HURT CHARIOT WARS DEATHMATCH CHAMPIONS and really awesome human beings too.
