Friday, October 25th

Freak Bike Fall (all weekend long)
It’s time for the annual fest for freak bike fanatics. The fun kicks off tonight with an alley cat race and party ride hosted by Rat Patrol Bike Club and wraps up Sunday night with a Freak Bike Zoobomb. More info here.

Saturday, October 26th

Cyclocross Crusade Race #5 – Deschutes Brewing in Bend
The Crusade heads east to Bend for the traditional Halloween Weekend Extravaganza Doubleheader. Saturday is serious race day and the big party night. More info here.

Biking About Architecture: Alberta – 11:00 am at NE 23rd & Alberta
Take a closer look at an interesting neighborhood on this guided ride from residential architecture buff Jenny Fosmire. More info here.

Sunday, October 27th

Cyclocross Crusade Race #6 – Deschutes Brewing in Bend
Time to get crazy and race costumed at Day 2 of the Crusade’s Bend weekend. That is, if you’re feeling OK after Saturday night’s party. More info here.

Holy Mountain III, 9:00 am at Sandy Ridge Trailhead
Our Mother the Mountain (OMTM) has cooked up one last big hurrah before winter reclaims the high mountains. Join this friendly group for a choose-your-own adventure day of epic gravelly goodness. More info here.

East Portland Cemetery Tour – 11:30 am at Parkrose/Sumner TC Park & Ride (NE)
Urban Adventure League will host this 15-mile jaunt of small, relatively unknown pioneer cemeteries east of 82nd Avenue. Get into the Halloween spirit!More info here.

Scary Westside Bikeways Ride with Sarah Iannarone – 3:30 pm at Markham Elementary (SW)
Volunteers from Bike Loud PDX have put together a bike ride to examine riding conditions in southwest and mayoral candidate Sarah Iannarone will be there to chat and hear from you as she continues to build a powerful, grassroots campaign. More info here.
