Noted urban planner to speak in Portland

Next Thursday (11/29) Gordon Price will give a free presentation on the effective integration of transportation in high-density environments, with an emphasis on land use.

Price is a former City of Vancouver, B.C. Councilor and current Simon Fraser University and University of British Columbia Professor who teaches, researches, and writes extensively on urban development and planning.

He is also the publisher of the e-magazine Price Tags.

I\’ve heard Mr. Price speak, and he was great. Very educational but presented in an enjoyable, thought-provoking way. I would highly recommend this presentation to anyone who\’s interested in urban and transportation planning.
