  • Donuts, tacos, pad thai, whew…Pedalpalooza is quite the multicultural culinary experience!

This ride report was sent in by Carye Bye (aka Red Bat).

“Led by Dr. Wasabi (Jeff) & Dr. Ginger (Devon), we hit 4 Thai restaurants & lounges before joining up with the “Night of the Living Donut” Ride. About 15 hungry folks joined the tour where we sampled pad thai, papaya salad, and other thai treats. Dr. Wasabi schooled us between eats on Thai culture. Such as one restaurant named Tuk Tuk – actually refers to a motorized open style taxi. While I did know that Thai people don’t use chopsticks. I brought mine anyway because I’m American and therefore can eat all asian food with two sticks.”

Don’t miss the rest of the Ride Pad Thai’ed photos.
