It’s opening day for Pedalpalooza and things get off to a fast start. Here’s a list of today’s events.
SCRAP THURSDAY

Come look through the Community Cycling Center’s scrap metal trailer and come away with armloads of bike parts and bikes for only $5 per load/frame!

BUCKS FOR BMX

5:00pm, doors open at 5:00 , movie starts at 6:30
A benefit movie night at the Bagdad to raise $ for the new Glenhaven skate/BMX park. Featured movie is “Joe Kid on a Sting-Ray: The History of BMX”. Pre-movie fun includes raffle tickets, memorabilia displays, new bikes displays and more. Tickets are available at any Bike Gallery location – $12 general admission; $25 VIP Pass (includes reserved seating, VIP gift, and raffle ticket). Advance ticket sales start 4/3/06 – limited seating available. ALL proceeds benefit the skate/bmx park.
