- 10 years after the first Bicycle Master Plan, Portland's going for Platinum. Come discuss what makes a world-class city for bicycling with Roger Geller, City of Portland Bicycle Coordinator. Also: Scott Bricker, Director of Policy and Education for the BTA, will give a report on the National Bike Summit. Bring your questions & bring your lunch.
