Stolen: Cannondale Silk Path

Sometime between Sunday evening and Monday evening, my Cannondale Silk Path Bicycle was stolen from our shared garage, carelessly left unlocked by a neighbor moving out of the next apartment. I know this is probably hopeless, but it is Matte Silver (looks like aluminum) with a Blackburn Rack on the back that has bike lock locked through it. At the time there was one Jandd pannelier bag on the right side of the rack.
Unfortunately, I live in a part of town that has been touched by the scourge of the meth. If you see someone on this bike, feel free to knock them off of it!
