Stolen: red Fisher MTB recovered

My 2006 21″ red Gary Fisher X-Caliber hardtail mountain bike was stolen from an office downtown on 12/28. I hadn’t even owned it five months!! The serial # is WL3317996 and can be found underneath the bottom bracket.

You get a $100 finder’s fee and tonnes of good karma if you find it. Please call 503-705-6482 if you have any clues for me.

Got this email from "Rybart" today:

I am thrilled to report that my bike was recovered by the Portland Police Dept yesterday. They were responding to a disturbance call at a Motel 6 and the officer (who happens to be a fellow cyclist himself) noticed a very out-of-place bike in the room. He ran the serial number, discovered it was stolen, and promptly confiscated it and delivered it to my house (which happens to be only seven blocks from the motel!). Even more amazing is there wasn’t a scratch on it!! Is that some crazy good bike karma, or what?!
