Sorella Forte Women’s Club Ride – 9:00 am at River City Bicycles (SE)
Come out and meet your friendly, local Sorellas on their weekly training ride. Expect an intermediate pace and a chance to stretch your legs with experienced riders on a 30-40 mile route. More info here.
Women Bike Coffee Club Meet-up – 9:00 am at Nossa Familia Coffee on SE Division/Peninsula Park (SE/N)
Women Bike is an initiative by The Street Trust to “dismantle the gender gap in cycling.” If you’re not a cis-gendered man you are welcome to join this ride and picnic starting in southeast and ending with a picnic at Peninsula Park Rose Garden in north Portland. More info here.
Bicycle Winterization 101 – 1:00 pm & 2:30 pm at Pear Bike Works (SE)
Join Pear and Rosewood Initiative for this free clinic that will help you install fenders, lights, and reflective bits on your rig to stay rolling and safe through the dark winter and rain. Participants get “highly reduced pricing” on fenders and lights. More info here.
Gladys Bikes Bake Sale – 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Gladys Bikes (NE)
How do we make sure local bike shops survive? Like this. Gladys Bikes has experienced another break-in and they’re hosting a party with all sorts of baked treats (made by customers!) to raise money for repairs. It’ll be fun, and yummy! More info here.

Cyclocross Crusade #9 – All day at Kruger’s Farm (Sauvie Island)
It’s the final stop on the Crusade calendar and it happens on beautiful Sauvie Island. Come and enjoy a classic farm course and lots of friendly vibes around the bonfire. More info here.
Sauvie Shootout – 9:00 am at Ovation Coffee & Tea (NW)
Portland’s premiere weekly training ride doesn’t take winter off because neither should you! Added bonus this week is a chance to swing by the festivities at the aforementioned Crusade race. More info here.
North Portland Figure 8 – 10:00 am at Wilshire Park (NE)
Portland Bicycling Club will lead this moderately paced (16-18 mph) jaunt through N/NE with an end stop at Grand Central Bakery. More info here.
Salvage Sunday – 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Community Cycling Center (NE)
Looking for a few parts to get your bike running or to complete that project build? Come rifle through the CCC’s bins for a great deal while supporting a great nonprofit in the process (and maybe meet some nice people). More info here.
