If you can reach out to the shop(s) where you bought these bikes, they may have the serials on file. Always worth a try.
And (as I mentioned on Facebook) be sure to monitor Offerup.com and LetGo.com – these ‘local sales apps’ are where thieves are unloading tons of bikes these days.
What part of town do you live in? It may make sense for people who live in the area to keep an especially watchful eye out. Some thieves are more opportunistic and/or less mobile than others.
So sorry to read this. It’s just terrible how many bikes are stolen from people’s garages/sheds/backyards, etc. Most people I know who have had their bikes stolen have had them taken right off their own property. I always advise people that if you can’t bring your bikes into the house, to install bike security in your garage. Kryptonite and a number of other companies make products that are rated gold by Sold Secure for locking up in your garage.
