Ride Report
Once again, the theme was “tortillas hechos a mano” — only places with handmade tortillas.
About 40+ riders showed up in spite of my best attempts to confuse and obfuscate the route and start location.
We visited a brand new cart at Vancouver and Fremont, ¡Que Sabroso!, which was fanstastic and had the best tortillas hecho a mano of the night. Then on to old standby La Bonita on Alberta, then a long jaunt out to La Superior out on Lombard and Greeley. By that point we’d dropped to about 20 hardy taco fans.
Finally, we ended the night at ¿Por Que No? for some expensive but good margaritas and tacos.
Overall winner of the night: ¡Que Sabroso! But I’m psyched to try the mole at La Superior.
