was a perfect spot for activities.

Some (finally!) hot summer weather led to a big turnout on the Sprockettes Ride last night. The ride was part of Shift’s Pedalpalooza, which runs through Sunday.
Here’s the report from Agent Rod Quake, followed by a slideshow of my photos:
The gorgeous weather brought 132 riders to this year’s ride. Fun times were had at our first stop, Benson High School field, where we played all kinds of fun, field day activities. Attendees had a great time playing Sprockettes Simon Says, Human Knot, double dutch, face painting, parachute games, and more.
Then we left for Washington HS, where the Sprockettes danced a set, including the debut of our new number, The Lollipop Song.
As a surprise treat, after the Sprockettes performance, Hammercise performed their new routine and taught the crowd some moves.
Thanks to everyone who attended for such a successful evening. Come to MCBF this Sunday for the debut of another Sprockettes number (we’ve been busy!).
