- The majority of the meeting will be devoted to reviewing applications for the ’10-’11 ODOT Pedestrian and Bicycle Program grants. Grant decisions will be announced at a later date. The committee will also hear an update on the Scenic Bikeway program from Oregon Parks and Recreation on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Accommodations will be provided to persons with disabilities.
