Bike Porn coming to Clinton Street Theater

Just when you thought it was safe to leave the house, Rev Phil announces his latest film event…
Here’s the official word:
“A series of short films from various artists on the theme of bike porn. People often talk about the “pornography of violence” as a way of describing the graphical nature of violent content that seems gratuitous. Some say that something is pornographic when we get a visceral reaction to the material, when we are either compelled to turn away, or find ourselves so transfixed by what we see the images are burned into our memories.”
Phil says the event will include films by members of The Sprockettes, Crank My Chain Bicycle TV, Seattle’s Dead Babies, the Choppercabras from L.A., the Clown House, and Seth Sorenstein from the Clinton Street Theater.
You’ll have to see it to believe it. Trust me on this one.
