- If you've had a run-in with the law or another vehicle and want to know what your rights are, or if you're curious about the legality of your favorite shortcut, or if you just like to know the rules, come to this clinic. You'll get a free copy of Pedal Power: A Legal Guide for Oregon Bicyclists, and Ray will spend 50 minutes walking you through the book and explaining what the laws mean for bicyclists on the roads. He'll also answer questions and give advice.
