Ride Report
Forty-ish bikey folk met at Vera Katz (who, without our help, was dressed for the occasion – sparkly rainbow socks and a note of greeting for our ride leaders) and pedaled in high fashion down the Esplanade to Sock Dreams in Sellwood. After a socky variation on bike polo and complimentary beers (thanks, Sock Dreams crew!), we (w)heeled our way over to the secret location of the Sock It To Me Warehouse. More silly sockery ensued, including a hilarious team relay, a sock-designing contest, and darts — all ending in prizes (from potato guns to socks!). Fueled by Hopworks beer and various snack foods (thank you, Sock It to Me!), we cast off to catch up with Bowie vs. Prince ride. Ride participants declared this a sockcessful bit of bike fun.

Ride Report
As one attendee put it, the Tour de Raunch was full of sexy, naked tattooed win!
Grand total, we had about 15 attendees; some joined us a little late, some left a little early. We gathered at Col Summers park at 8 pm and socialized a bit. Mags (one of the ride leaders) brought glowstick necklaces and bracelets for everybody, There were some bikes adorned with EL wire and a bike with monkey lights in the spokes, so we were a well-lit, colorful crew. The ride departed at 8:30, and over the next five hours we wandered to Devil’s Point, Rose City Strip, Lucky Devil and Sassy’s. We stayed 30-60 minutes at each club, plenty of time for a drink and to see several dancers before moving on.
A couple of interesting notes:
