Of the 25 largest U.S. metro areas, only four are likely to not have bike sharing by the end of 2015: Los Angeles, Detroit, St. Louis and Portland.

Of the 25 largest U.S. metro areas, only four are likely to not have bike sharing by the end of 2015: Los Angeles, Detroit, St. Louis and Portland.
This time, the idea is being driven by Lake Oswego City Council member Jeff Gudman.
The state says all lanes are needed in case Interstate 5 collapses in an earthquake.
