The Portland Parks & Recreation Bureau announced this morning that the riverfront path in Waterfront Park south of the Steel Bridge is closed to all traffic. The closure began today at noon and will remain in effect until noon on Monday. See the statement from PP&R spokesman Mark Ross below:
