Job Description

We repair carbon-fiber bike frames at Ruckus Composites, but more so, we help fellow cyclists get back on the road through a clever mix of empathy and science.

As our Repair Strategist, you will likely have a love for bicycles, and in this role, you will be able to apply your knowledge and passion for cycling to helping guide customers through the repair process, from their initial email to their first ride back on their repaired bike, and everything else in-between.

Our repair solutions are smart and are derived from aerospace, so we are looking for someone who can humanly communicate technical information throughout all phases of the customer repair journey.

A successful candidate in this role will be comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and owning the end-to-end customer relationship. There will be opportunities to progress into other roles and increased responsibilities in the future.
