Endless Summer Saturdays – 9:00 am at Green Bridge Coffee (NE)

Rose Lane Project Open House – 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at North Portland Library Community Room (N)

Bike Ride to the Umbrella Parade – 2:45 pm at Piccolo Park (SE)
Noted ride leader Tom Howe invites you to join a group ride from Portland to Milwaukie to join the annual Umbrella Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony. What a perfect excuse to explore this awesome city to the south. More info here.

Civil Unrest December Ride – 1:00 pm at Salmon Street Fountain
This accessibility and inclusivity-focused group will roll their trikes and bikes down some hills throwing care and caution to the wind. Bring a non-perishable food item to donate and a few bucks to grab food for yourself at the cart pod end spot. More info here.

Sunday, December 8th

Holiday Express Ride – 10:30 am am at Woodstock Park (SE)
Like to ride with power? Did you know there’s a historic steam engine train that runs during the holidays on the Springwater Corridor? This ride will do a loop along the paths, then up to the Rose Garden for some climbing, then back to the Esplanade/Springwater. Now that’s power! More info here.

North Portland Bike Works Winter Formal Sale – 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at North Portland BikeWorks (N)
This fun holiday tradition is hosted by Mississippi’s neighborhood bike shop. Dress fancy and get 25% off all bikes and parts (everyone else gets 20% off). Treats and hot toddies provided for your convenience and merriment. More info here.

Corvidae Bike Club Toy Drive – 2:00 pm at Peninsula Park Rose Garden (N)
Bring an unwrapped new toy and join the Corvidaes for a ride to Kenton Station (pub and eatery) where they’ll collect your gift and get it in the hands of foster and at-risk youth in time for Christmas. More info here.

I believe that the North Portland Bikeworks sale is on Sunday, not Saturday.

The individual event page still lists it as Saturday, just as a heads up. I really appreciate the event calendar and the ability to export to google calendar!
