Job Description
Seeking knowledgeable bicycle sales person with great interpersonal skills and good handwriting. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers, talk about and test ride our bikes, accessories and services. Additionally, this position is responsible for customer contact after they have purchased a bike sale.

We are looking for someone for long term. Pay is DOE, but our range starts at $15/hour and will go up once we see how awesome you are. Position is close to full time. Medical Benefits available. Weekend work is required.

Skills you should bring:
– Spectacular Customer service skills. Your positive attitude is simply who you are.
– A wide range of knowledge about Bicycles and an openness to learn about and enjoy riding eBikes.
– The ability to write service orders, use phones, receive inventory, use windows computers, take customers on test rides, etc.. Added bonus if you are able to install accessories like fenders, lights and rear racks.
– We are not a large shop. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a team and accomplishing goals together. At the end of the day, each team member has their own responsibilities, but we flex as we strive to provide customers with great customer service.
