Description: Black 1973/4 Raleigh Ladies DL-1 Tourist stolen from N Interstate/Skidmore eighborhood. Has a black rear basket attached with a blue scarf and zip ties. It also has a large and slightly obnoxious sounding bell on the left half of the handle bars. Please help.
