Job Description
Here is your chance to gain valuable experience working at one of the friendliest, high volume shops in town. We are a big, busy shop with a supportive, family owned feel. Clean, spacious, well lit work space. We enjoy a complete diversity of jobs: Well ridden commuters, Full suspension mountain bikes, Electric assist cargo bikes, coupler tandems, Di2 Pro level road machines, you will experience it all. On site steel frame repair, testing of prototype tools and repair stands, One-off metal lathe parts production, You will get to see a unique level of bike shop knowledge. For someone serious about a career in the bike industry, there is no better place.

-2 years minimum experience as a full time mechanic in a professional bike shop is required.
-Must be able to juggle multiple scheduled tune ups, phone calls, walk in minor adjustments and flat repairs, and safety checking and accessorizing departing new bike purchases.
-Must be able to thrive working as a positive, upbeat member of a team of other highly experienced mechanics.
-You are highly skilled but desire to continue improving your mechanical knowledge. You welcome feedback. You have a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude, but have the confidence to be humble with your coworkers.
-You are friendly and respectful to customers, recognizing that everyone who has repair work done allows you to make a living doing what you love.
-Must be: Available to work weekends, Available to start immediately (or soon), Available to work through mid September. (employment beyond that may be a possibility for exceptional talent).
