Stolen From: Stolen from the North side of Neuberger Hall at PSU, where all the bike parking is. Corner of SW Harrison and Broadway. It had a Kryptonite combination cable lock on it because my U-lock had jammed (so… don’t use cable locks!)

Description: It’s the standard Volpe green but has black fenders and panier rack, and there are top brake levers. I had *just* put brand-new 28mm Gatorskin tires on it. Otherwise there’s just some scratches around the top of the frame from my U-lock.
