Report
A warm day moved into a lovely evening as folks gathered at Irving Park. After a brief announcement with a few ride pointers we rolled out just before 8pm and had a leisurely ride north through the neighborhoods. Crossing Columbia was a bit tricky, but low traffic on Sunday helped us here, and along most of the route. After Columbia the route became more industrial and the wind came into play. Finally we reached our destination along the Columbia, near the airport. We probably arrived around 8:40 with plenty of time to settle in and watch the sun go down just before 9pm. It was a windy spot and those still dressed for a balmy day took off shortly after the sun disappeared, but I hope a good time was had by all – I certainly had a great time, Thank you all for coming!
