One final test.
My third Monster Cookie Metric in be-yew-tee full Salem–and the weather will be equally be-yew-tee-full!
We rode down to Oaks Amusement Park (we’re still here!). There were a bunch of families with us and the Springwater Trail was absolutely packed. Rides, roller skating, lots of fun. Highly recommend biking here… It’s right on the trail!
Rode from ne 28th and Glisan to se 80th and Burnside about 7am for a meeting. Beautiful quiet ride. Then rode up to the 205 bike path, down to the the Springwater, over to the river through the newly finished connection there, up to the Steel Bridge, around behind Lloyd Center and back to 28th. Lovely ride all the way around. I’m out of shape so am feeling a little stiff but happy. That’s a long ride for me. I average 8 to 10 miles a day to and from work.
I biked from Beaverton to Hagg Lake and back through Mountaindale. Great weather, lots of cyclists out! 84miles, my longest ride yet.
