I\’m pretty sure I saw your bike. I tried to look a little closer. An older dude with scraggy pants was riding it around in our parking lot which is located on E. 8th and Burnside. He looked wobbly and a bit inexperienced. When I walked down to catch a closer glimpse of the bike he was not around. It was a pretty maroon, with handlebars that looked similar to this http://www.bikemania.biz/Vandessel_Moustache_Bars_p/vandessel_moustachebars.htm

I\’m not a big bike enthusiast, but a couple of my friends have had their bikes stolen, and I hate that.

it was a pretty maroon without mountain bike tires and had handle bars that were the moustache style (?).

It was on E. 8th and Burnside in our parking lot. I couldn\’t be sure, and I could be very wrong. It was an older scraggly Caucasian male, slender build.
