We currently have an opening in our customer support department. If you love being around bikes and talking about them, this is the position for you! Our customer support department interacts closely with our customers, helping them place or modify orders, choose appropriate components, handling returns and exchanges, etc. Individuals being considered must have the following qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of bicycle components and compatibility
• In order to succeed in this position, you will need to be a bicycle enthusiast, and capable of sharing that energy and enthusiasm with our customers
• Excellent communication skills (telephone, email) with great attention to detail
• Applicant must be computer literate and familiar with Office-type applications (email, web browser, word processor)
