Commuter social serving donuts/bagels, coffee, advice, and brochures/maps to bicyclists. Help us record bike traffic for better path sweeping.

Noon, 12 to 12.30: try a new bikelink locker. 12.40 to 12.50 fix a flat contest.
A bike commuter event for novice and skilled bike commuters for Vancouver and the North Portland region. Check out new electronic on-demand bike locker technologies (www.bikelink.org) – a first in the Northwest. Hands on skills for bike commuters: fill a pannier, load a bike on a bus rack, fix a flat contest, reserve a bike locker on-line, lock a bike, etc.Date changed to 20 June – rain delay. PEDAL POTLUCK PICNIC

What’s better than riding bikes on a summer evening and having a picnic afterwards? The ride will be a casual one traversing approx. 3 miles and end in a mystery public “park” setting. The catch is the “park” will be a lesser-known and/or out of the way spot. Picnic will be potluck style, so please bring food and drink to share (preferably vegetarian/vegan), we’ll also stop at a grocery store along the way.
