Public health org to host mayoral debate on active transportation

Posted by Jonathan Maus (Publisher/Editor) on January 6th, 2012 at 1:09 pm

Just noticed this announcement from local non-profit Upstream Public Health. I'll put something on the front page when I get more details...

Save the date! February 6th, from 7pm-8:30pm at Portland State University, we're co-sponsoring Local Motion: Portland Mayoral Candidates Discuss Active Transportation with Willamette Pedestrian Coalition, OPAL Environmental Justice Oregon, The Bicycle Transportation Alliance, 1000 Friends of Oregon, Coalition for a Livable Future, and the PSU Planning and Environmental Clubs. More details to come!

Thanks Jonathan! We'll get you a press release and have fliers ready soon - just wanted to make sure folks don't go making other (undoubtably less exciting!) plans that night.
