Beautiful, dark red, non-mountain bike tires, small hole in the gel seat, u-lock attached to frame, a little bit of rust, and handle bars with grip that is starting to come off

I'm pretty sure I saw your bike. I tried to look a little closer. An older dude with scraggy pants was riding it around in our parking lot which is located on E. 8th and Burnside. He looked wobbly and a bit inexperienced. When I walked down to catch a closer glimpse of the bike he was not around. I'm not a big bike enthusiast, but a couple of my friends have had their bikes stolen, and I hate that.

it was a pretty maroon without mountain bike tires and had handle bars that were the moustache style (?).
It was on E. 8th and Burnside in our parking lot. I couldn't be sure, and I could be very wrong. It was an older scraggly Caucasian male, slender build.
I'm not a bike enthusiast, but my friends have had theirs stolen, and I hate that.
