Woman’s bike, medium size tires, black fenders front and back, suspension seat with seat lock, had small silver bell with dragon on it attached to the center of the handlebars, at time of theft the brakes were reversed, rear on left, front on right, very good condition–and my only transportation

In a small, non-descript garage in Portland’s Foster-Powell neighborhood, 33 year-old Sean Chaney puts the finishing touches on a titanium cyclocross frame.

Last fall, Chaney quit his “unfulfilling” job as a financial analyst and decided to chase his dream of building bike frames — and his Vertigo Cycles brand — full time.

“I’ve been wanting to do this for over ten years, but I’ve always been talked out of it either by friends, or by myself.”
