Stolen giant simple 1 speed

My Black simple cruiser by Giant was ripped off out of the back of a truck. It has duck tape on the chain guard and on the right half of the handle bars there is a crease from a wreck where the handle bar was bent, the chain is really loose and fell off all the time. This was a perfect bike for me so I would like it back, reward for any leads
