Apparently it takes much more than a freak snowstorm to prevent Portlanders for participating an alleycat race. Last Sunday, local fixed-gear aficionado Jennifer Carroll organized an alleycat to coincide with the Portland premiere of the urban biking/stunt film Macaframa.
