Most likely stolen by a fellow resident, as you need a key to access the garage. Hybrid bike, with disk brakes and front suspension. The bike was locked with a u-lock attaching the back wheel to the frame, so it is unrideable. Has a red permit sticker on the seat bar, and light attachments on the handles and seat. Police record with: Portland PD Police reference#: 13-29389 This registrant has documented proof of ownership of this bike
