National Bike Month Workshops

What: The Bicycle Transportation Alliance is offering several workshops throughout the month to introduce people interested in biking to the laws, skills, and gear that will help them be safe and confident on our city’s streets.
Topics covered include: safe and legal riding, what you need to know about lights and rain gear, carrying stuff – including clothes, groceries and kids, what to do about your hair, route planning and maps. All workshops are free and open to public. All you need to bring are your questions.

Where: Downtown Portland, Multnomah County Central Library, 201 SW 10th Ave, US Bank Room

When: May 12, 12:00pm-1:00pm
