Project Assistant (Alta Planning)

We work both at the local and national level. We are looking for a unique individual with a variety of skills. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent phone skills, an appreciation of a finely organized office, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task a variety of projects. This position requires a willingness to work as part of a diverse administrative team. A strong desire to work in our field is a must. Required skills and experience include:

• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite user;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in phones/reception work
• Office administration and management work

Desired skills include:

• Experience creating organizational systems
• Strong writing ability
• Experience assisting busy executive with personal and professional tasks

Job duties will include (small sampling)

• General office management and support
• Contract administration
• Building management
• Project start-up and closing
• Library / reference management
• Inter-office information management, updating, distribution
• Contact and teaming database management
• Photo and graphic database management
• Archiving closed projects
• Meeting set-up and support
