I Share the Path event

Join Transportation Options and the Bicycle Transportation Alliance in celebrating Portland’s great multi-use path, the Eastbank Esplanade.

Popular with walkers, bikers, strollers, and skaters, the Esplanade affords a great opportunity to learn to share.

We’ll be installing bike bells, handing out the new Portland Parks/PDOT brochure “Share the Path,” and roaming the Esplanade to reward trail users who show courtesy to their fellow travelers. You could be tapped by a Courtesy Angel to get free Staccato Gelato!

Bikers and pedestrians can coexist in peace – ask me how!
