This bike was stolen on August 8 in front of 1900 SW 4th Avenue. It was parked at a bike rack and locked with a newer cable lock. It was taken between 1 pm and 6 pm.

I had a Specialized Epic FSR Marathon mountain bike stolen today at the corner of MLK Blvd and Ash street at about 1PM. It was not locked up. The frame size is medium and the color is charcoal. It has a Thompson seat post, disc brakes, XTR paddle shifters and rear derailleur. I think the front Derailleur and cranks are XT. Tires are S-Works. No dings or dents. Serial number is PN313757.

My 19″ 2006 Gary Fisher Utopia hybrid was stolen from just outside the Bite of
Oregon after the Bridge Pedal between 12 and 2 this afternoon (13 August,
2006).

The bike is stock, silver with black highlights/components with the following
exceptions:
black fenders (SKS)
different front and rear brake disks (front wheel replaced)
modified ToPeak Explorer quick release rack on back (one of lower left bottom
brackets removed to make space for disk brake)
Shimano M515 clipless pedals
The cable ties for the computer pickup on the front (Manitou) suspension forks
have not been clipped.
Purchased at the Bike Gallery and has the sticker on the downtube
Serial #: C65AS450

Orange Trek 830 (1999) mountain bike
Serial number: SC19T4934
Further details: rack on back with mesh net, triangular Trek bag hanging
from top bar, Trek silver-colored plastic water bottle in holder, bell,
front and rear light brackets, front spring suspension, good to
excellent condition (recently professionally overhauled).

Where: Downtown Portland, stolen from west side of Naito Parkway
(opposite Stark), north of the “Bite of Oregon”

When: Stolen between 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. on 13 August 2006 (at the
conclusion of the Bridge Pedal) — locks were cut.

Red Schwinn CrossFit. Very clean. Small u-lock attatched through back rack to frame.Front and rear mud guards, rear one detatched from spokes. Stolen from NE 24th and Emerson, near Alberta. Stolen from my fenced and private back yard Thursday night, Aug. 10.

just moved into a home at 41st and Shaver over the weekend
and came home from work to find my house had been broken into and
lots of stuff stolen… the most important of which were 3 bikes:

1) Pegoretti Duende– 58cm, yellow/green paint (“Yellow Arrows”),
Ultegra components, DT 240s wheels/hubs, WTB Rocket V saddle (black),
Oval Concepts bars and stem, Continental tires, WR Compositi post

2) Gunnar Crosshairs– 58cm, Monarch Orange, mostly 105, with FSA
cranks, WTB Rocket V saddle (silver/black)

3) Kelly Knobby X– 57cm, “Toothpaste” color, geared bike set up as a
single speed w/ ENO rear hub, WCS stem and post, WTB Rocket V saddle
(black), Salsa bars w/ green and black tape

The fuckers didn’t take my Vanilla or I wouldn’t even be able to type.

my POS raleigh record. Initially was a dark red, now covered in duct tape.
straightish handlebars with mtb bar ends. most notable about the bike
would be the strange looking ergonomic seat which has no front part and is
put up very high. stomp pedals with yellow power grip straps. silver
spedometer “cycolmeter” brand that’s always on. two bottle cages, back one
is black front one is rusted with the top bent out of shape. rear wheel
has a broken spoke wrapped around another spoke. 27×1.25 tires. Red rear
blinker attached to the seat post. Nice black rack, attached to the seat
strangly.Stolen from 53rd and stark today 7-11-06 during the middle of the
day. I could not imagine anyone trying to sell it. I do see them
abandoning it on the eastside after they realize what a piece of crap bike
it is (I still love it and use it to get all around portland). Really I
had no idea anyone would bother trying to steal this bike. If you see it
please call Nathan at 503-239-3972 anytime.

My bike just got stolen less than 3 hours ago. i stupidly locked the
bike only by the front wheel because i thought i’d be gone only for a
second… entire bike taken except for front wheel and u-lock.

bike description: 1990’s blue cannondale 54 cm (although i just
bought it and made several adjustments). cannondale written in white,
R-600 racing written in green. “made in USA” sign with american flag
on frame. if the handlebars are still attached, new stem by
“dimension” brand attached, “salsa” h-bar handlebars with “short and
shallow” written on handlebars. black handlebars, black bontrager cork
tape with reflective red “B”s at ends of handlebar. the saddle is a
woman’s DOLCE 155 in black leather with little circle indentations for
design. if they kept the rear wheel, they are Sun Rims M13 II with
avocet cross II tires. i think most of the bike is shimano- shimano
RSX hb hub on wheels, shimano pedals, shimano brakes…

i love this bike. purchased from sellwood bikes very recently, just
had it fitted yesterday at the bike gallery. i just moved to portland
and today was the first day i rode downtown from southeast.
please call me at ***** if you see this bike anywhere. the
handlebars look a little too high for a typical road bike (i tried to
make a man’s racing bike into a girl’s commuter bike) or email me at
